Boutique Baby blankets & burp cloths

I just added a few new blankets to the etsy shop and they are adorable. We printed them on a very high quality two ply ring spun cotton and they are so soft and thick your baby will love to rub it in their hands not to mention admire the cute colorful prints! Come take a peek here.

The boys window

Just wanted to share the window I decorated in boys stuff! My husband is not handy so I am very very proud of the window display boxes that he built for me! I took a quick pic of it and I love the pink stuff it matches my front door girl!

Tangerine floral dress

I made this dress with vibrant greens and orange for summer time! The tank is grass green with a lace and satin embellished neckline and a tangerine mum pin that is removable for laundering. Wow I didnt know............

I was contacted about a month ago by a sweet customer who was so relieved to find me and wrote me on how hard and long it was and I was so flattered that people have searched for my items! I have worked on Vintage lucys for some time now and have made a loyal following of customers and boutiques around the world and I am greatful for it and still love to hear customers stories and WOW they actually search for me. Ok so I have copied and pasted what she wrote {per her approval} it made my day so I just wanted to share with you all as word of mouth does help :)

Hi again! Now that I know they are american apparel, I will take them into the store to try them on this week! That way I will know for sure :). WELL..it all started with a friend last summer hehe. She had a Vintage lucys shirt for her daughter, I asked where she got it and she said she found it at a consignment shop. She is the one who told me it was vintage lucys. I then searched relentlessly on Ebay to find out where to find the shirt, I had never heard of Etsy at this point. Fast forward a few unsuccessful months. I then had one of my favorite Ebay sellers list a lot of 3 vintage lucy shirts, but WAY too big. I asked her where she bought them and she said she had no idea as they were a gift. I was getting frustrated at this point hehe. In November, I joined a message board and FINALLY someone there was able to give me my answer. SO , I discovered Etsy today..and I don't see me going back. I wish I had known about this site sooo long ago, I would have had so much fun!! Now it's time to make up for lost time =). First on the agenda was to find the shirt..and I'm SO glad I have!! I feel accomplished for the day hehe. And while looking through your things, I fell in love with the Tough Girl shirt for my youngest. She's a rough and tumble little girl hehe..and it suits her personality amazingly! Sorry..that was really long!!! Well, I will get them to try on the shirts at some point in store this week and get right back to you...I'm thrilled needless to say! Thanks for getting back to me so quickly :)

Hooray...Grand opening!

Ok did we say Grand opening??? We will actually be peeling off the kraft paper from our windows this friday morning for a {soft opening} as we have had such a demand for Vintage Lucy's wholesale that we could not make a huge inventory for our store but I think we have a good variety for our customers to come and take a peek. Double the {cuteness}

I had to post some easter pictures I just recieved from one of my customers {Thanks Kristi} :) Her girls are so adorable and she purchased my Easter Bunny Tanks for them to do their easter activities in this year and I am {flattered} that she chose me to help dress her two little darlings for their fun and festive activities like an easter egg hunt. My kids had a great easter too an this year our chihuahua didnt find the eggs first lol.

I just purchased two {vintage} mannequins for my store and they are just soooo cute I had to share them with you! I know they are boys {I need some girl ones} and they are also missing their arms but the faces are so cute I couldnt resist purchasing them. Now im off to find some arms and I have a feeling its not going to be easy and maybe even impossible....any suggestions on how to display them {wink}

Sweet Little Emily

I was just sent this adorable photo of Emily {age 2} wearing a Vintage Lucy's Tank top! I must say I honestly {adore} each and every one of the photos that are sent to me....I really do and one day I will be able to look back and admire what I have created. For now its just alot of work and maybe some self doubt but thanks to you girls you keep me going and I am greatful for that and you let me do what I enjoy! PUYALLUP WASHINGTON

Just want to let everyone know to be very careful when purchasing items online that are edited to look just like mine. There is a seller out of PUYALLUP WASHINGTON that is trying to copy all of my designs but it is done on gerber onesies and cheap iron ons....I have trackers on my sites and they have relentlessly stalked my sites and blog....very sad that someone would go into this business with out a creative art of there own and they would have to stoop so low as to copy another. Yes I do use alot of vintage images but she is selectivly copying me.....sorry about this but I had to share. On a lighter note this picture is the street my store is on and its looking fabulous :)

My husband has been working hard on the store and finally put some items up I wanted to see like the pretty pompoms and let me say those took longer to put together and hang than expected but needless to say I LOVE THEM :) My daughter also made me these cute bags until I get some printed up.
