This is the original shabby chandelier double ruffle dress by Vintage Lucy's. The bodice is a sweet light pink with a darker melon colored chandelier printed directly to the garment with eco freindly inks. I then skirted it with my signature double ruffles in a cute floral and funky zebra for one fabulous look. You can get it here.
